- We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed and processed.
- Customers are advised to review all product details carefully before placing an order.
- Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are confirmed and processed.
- Once the order is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed.
- Refund on Cancellation
- If an order is cancelled before confirmation and processing, a refund will be issued.
- The refund will be processed within 24 hours.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellation
- COD orders require a ₹100 advance payment.
- If a COD order is cancelled after confirmation or shipment, the advance amount is non-refundable.
- Replacement Instead of Refund
- In case of damaged, defective, or wrong products, only replacement is provided as per our Replacement Policy.
- Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
- Failed Transactions
- If payment is completed but the order is not confirmed due to any error, customers can contact us for quick resolution.

- Exceptions
